This privacy policy governs your use of the software application StockPulse (“Application”) for mobile devices, which was created by Arunkumar Subbiah. The Application is a real-time collaborative pantry tracking and checklist management tool designed for families and multi-household synchronization.

The Application utilizes Google Firebase Services to provide real-time cloud data synchronization and secure authentication.
- User Account Information: To create an account and secure your shared household data, the Application collects your email address and an encrypted user ID via Firebase Authentication.
- Pantry & Household Data: The Application collects, stores, and processes the information you explicitly input into your household spaces, including item names, categories, statuses, and timestamps. This data is shared strictly with members whom you explicitly invite or authorize to join your specific household space.
- Device Identifiers: Anonymous network logs may be processed via Firebase to ensure service stability, crash reporting, and optimal data streaming performance.
2. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on trusted third-party cloud infrastructure to operate. These services process data in accordance with their own strict privacy frameworks:
- Google Firebase Systems (Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics)
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data stays live as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account or wipe your household’s collaborative data history, you can do so at any time by navigating to your profile settings inside the application or by contacting us directly at arunece3697@gmail.com.. Upon receiving an account deletion request, all personal data linked to your user ID will be permanently purged from our Firebase server databases within 30 days.
4. Security
We value your trust in providing us your information. We enforce industry-standard security models within Google Firebase Cloud Storage to protect your pantry configurations from unauthorized structural access. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable.
5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
